Programs
Assistance programs are administered state by state
There is no national list, because there is no national program. Each state runs its own housing finance agency, and cities and counties layer their own on top. What you qualify for in Dallas is not what you qualify for across the state line.
Where we can actually help today
Bradley Pounds is a licensed Texas real estate broker and a Texas mortgage loan originator. Texas is where he can advise you directly. Everything published for other states is educational, and where we cannot help we would rather tell you who can.
