The architecture
How this site is built
Texas buyers search for a surprisingly specific set of things. This is the map of those questions, how the pages here are organised to answer them, and how somebody gets from a search result to an actual conversation. It is the same structure the site is generated from, so it is current by construction rather than by somebody remembering to update it.

- every page here belongs to exactly one of them

The whole thing, on one page
Two ways in, five groups of questions, and one shared path out. Dotted lines are the links between articles: reading one answer is meant to raise the next question, not end the visit.
Five things people are actually trying to find out
Every page here belongs to one of five groups. They are not categories invented to look tidy; they are the shapes the questions come in.
- Live — written, published and indexable
- Planned — researched or ready to write
- Held — waiting on first-hand experience we do not have yet

How somebody gets from a search to a conversation
The pages above are the front door. Nothing on them asks for a commitment, because the person reading has a question, not an intention. The path out of them is deliberately short and it is the same on every page.
Step 1
A question
Somebody searches something specific. Property taxes in their county, whether they earn too much to qualify for help, what insurance really costs.
Step 2
A real answer
They land on the page that answers exactly that, with the source named. No gate, no email wall, nothing to agree to.
Step 3
The obvious next question
Every page links to the two or three questions that genuinely follow from it, so reading one answer does not dead-end.
Step 4
A short conversation
A two-minute quiz, or a free class. Both are optional, and both exist because the honest answer to most of these questions depends on the address.
The other way in
Search reaches people who already know what to ask. A lot of Texas buyers do not, because the thing they are wrong about is something they have never had a reason to question. Those readers arrive from somewhere else and need a different kind of page: one that makes a single argument from the beginning, rather than answering a question they have not asked.
Step A
One argument, start to finish
A long-form piece that makes one case properly, for somebody who did not arrive looking for it.
Step B
It bridges to the same places
These do not run a separate funnel. They hand off to the same quiz, the same class and the same guides as everything else.
Step C
And back into the map
Every argument is built on the same sourced material as the guides, so the two halves reinforce each other instead of competing.
See any of it
Every live page above is a link. If you want the short version instead, the quiz takes two minutes and tells you which programmes are worth a look for your situation.
